CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Swanny RV Park & Cabin Rentals, we appreciate early notifications regarding changes to or cancellations of your reservation. This helps us manage our bookings more efficiently and offer our services to other guests.

Full Refund: Cancellations made a week or more before check-in will receive a full refund.

75% Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in will receive a 75% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

Making Changes/Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to your reservation can be made by emailing us at info@swannyrv.com or by contacting our property manager at 918-705-0371. Be sure to keep your booking confirmation email.
RESERVATIONS POLICY:
All reservations/bookings must be made in advance through our website or by calling our property manager at 918-705-0371. If spaces are available the day of booking, you are welcome to place the booking/reservation order on our website or by phone. Our property works on a first come, first serve basis. We are always happy to accommodate our guests on short notice if we have spaces available.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Please respect your fellow campers and keep noise to a minimum.
EXTENDED STAY POLICY:
Swanny RV Park & Cabin Rentals welcomes guests who wish to enjoy an extended stay at our park. For those planning to stay for a month or longer, please review the benefits and guidelines below.

Dynamic Rate Adjustments: Rates for extended stays are subject to dynamic adjustments based on the length of stay, season, and availability.

Monthly Payments: Monthly stays must be paid in advance. Payments can be made directly to the property manager or conveniently through our website.

Deposit: In some cases, a security deposit may be required for extended stays. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Extended Stay Cancellations: For monthly stays, cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the check-in date for a full refund. If you need to cancel your extended stay after check-in, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused duration of your booking period, at the discretion of our property manager.

Utilities and Services: Monthly rates include access to all park amenities, including 50 and 30 amp hook-ups, water, internet, and use of washer and dryers. Additional utilities may be subject to extra charges.
